Ingredients for Sauteed Meat Recipe

  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 500g of flaked meat
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 green peppers
  • Chili pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Hot water (enough to pass over)
  • Salt

Meat Saute Recipe Preparation

  • Let’s get the oil and butter in the pan.
  • After the butter melts, add the chopped onion and fry it.
  • Let’s add the diced meat.
  • Let’s close the lid of the pan and cook by stirring occasionally until the meat drains and absorbs.
  • Let’s add the chopped tomato and chopped green pepper.
  • Let’s cover the pot and continue cooking until the tomatoes release the juice.
  • Then add the chili, black pepper and thyme and mix.
  • Let’s add hot water to cover the meat, mix it and close the lid of the pan again.
  • Let’s cook until our meat softens like Turkish delight.
  • Finally, let’s adjust the salt and mix it.
  • After cooking 5 more minutes, let’s turn off the stove. Our sautéed meat dish is ready to serve. Bon Appetit 🙂
